Over the Hill

The birthday boys!

So what age is "over the hill?"  I hate to truly know the answer because I don't ever want to be there!  Age is just a number, right? 

Well this year Steve turned the magical number of 45!  Since Louis turned 55 on the same day, we did a casual and fun celebration at our new fav....Taco Mama!  It was a beautiful day, so we snagged a big table by the window and enjoyed margaritas, tacos and these two awesome men in our lives.

Bennett made her Daddy's favorite cupcakes (chocolate with cream cheese icing), even though he isn't a big sweets lover.  We sang Happy Birthday, and had a great afternoon!

That night, Louis and Myra kept the children overnight, so we could have a fun adults only night.  We invited friends over to watch football, and toast Miz, and then we were able to sleep in until 9am the following morning!  Between sports and our early risers, sleep is a hot commodity lately, so we greatly appreciated the break from parenting (it was like a birthday present for me too). 

Overall, it was another fun birthday celebration!  We all love you babe, and appreciate all you do for our family!
